Welcome to the
Young Explorer Classroom!

The Young Explorer classroom provides care for our older toddlers from 18 months until 2.5 years of age. Our classroom is set up to provide a fun, safe and nurturing learning environment. We teach/learn through play by setting up play-based activities for the children to explore and learn.

The focus for this age is introducing and developing language, social emotional and cognitive skills. During the infants & toddler stage they began to learn about themselves and how to move and explore their world.


We introduce colors, shapes, numbers, early literacy, and the alphabet. The Young Explorers are introduced to many concepts and as we see interest, we react with each child individually to help them progress at their own level.
